Systems analyst – addressing system IS problems: how to use IT to help business processes; develop new business processes and IS; and implement IS standards.
Infrastructure analyst – Technical problems related to the integration of new system components into existing technological infrastructure.
Change Management – emphasis on facilitating organizational adaptation to new system. Helps recognise and resolve opposition to change, and ensures sufficient preparation and new program documentation.
Project Manager – Ensuring progress on the project; meeting time plans and budgets; project management supervision; and maintaining relationships with project partners and users.
